Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst with 1015 years of experience, preferably in the healthcare domain, to join our team in a hybrid work model based out of Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in QNXT schema, healthcare data domains, SQL, and experience working across data mapping, conversion, interface, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with large-scale healthcare data including member, eligibility, TPL, provider, claims (medical & pharmacy), etc.
- Analyze and understand QNXT schema to support data extraction, transformation, and integration tasks.
- Design and develop robust SQL queries to support reporting, data validation, and transformation needs.
- Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports and insights.
- Perform data mapping and data lineage activities to support migration, integration, or interface projects.
- Contribute to data conversion, interface development, and reporting projects within healthcare operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Document data flows, data dictionaries, and transformation logic.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders through both verbal and written channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1015 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the healthcare payer domain.
- Hands-on experience with QNXT platform and schema is a must.
- Strong domain knowledge in healthcare operations: member, eligibility, TPL, provider, claims processing, and pharmacy claims.
- Expert-level SQL skills ability to write complex queries, perform data profiling, and troubleshoot large datasets.
- Experience with data mapping in the context of ETL/data conversion or migration projects.
- Prior experience working on data conversions, interface development, and reporting projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a hybrid environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SSRS.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and data privacy standards in healthcare.
