Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Domo (or similar platform) tailored to stakeholder requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand key data sources and business logic.
• Analyze and interpret large datasets from systems including UKG Ready, UKG Pro, Netsuite, and Vetspire, focusing on finance and operations.
• Validate and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards.
• Translate analytical findings into clear business narratives using data visualization and storytelling.
• Document analysis methodologies and maintain audit trails for data processes.

Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and standard data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated ability to build dashboards and visualizations that drive business impact.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting large datasets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
• Prior experience in the fintech or financial services industry.
• Hands-on experience with Domo for dashboard development.
• Familiarity with platforms such as UKG Ready, UKG Pro, Netsuite, Coupa, and Vetspire.
• Experience working in a project-based or consulting environment.

Educational Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field from a recognized university in India.
• Candidates with relevant certifications in Data Analytics, Python, or BI tools (e.g., Domo, Power BI, Tableau) will be preferred.
