About The Role
We are seeking a highly technical Operations & AI Systems Builder to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in designing, developing, and maintaining internal systems that utilize advanced AI tools such as Codex, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and automation workflows. Unlike traditional analyst positions, this role demands a hands-on builder who lives inside AI tools daily, executing, automating, debugging, and shipping work at a rapid pace. You will be responsible for creating and managing systems that directly impact our operational efficiency and growth initiatives.
This position offers a unique opportunity for a proactive individual to work independently, leveraging AI to solve complex problems, develop new features, and optimize existing processes. You will collaborate closely with the growth and marketing teams to implement AI-driven solutions that accelerate our business objectives. The role is remote, with compensation ranging from $500 to $900 per month, depending on experience, and provides opportunities for increased responsibility and long-term career growth.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background with a deep daily engagement in AI coding tools and automation workflows. Essential qualifications include:
- Extensive experience with AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and Cursor.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions independently.
- Proficiency in building products and systems using Next.js and deploying on Vercel.
- Solid skills in SQL and Google Sheets for data management, querying, and dashboard creation.
- Experience with dashboard tools like Metabase, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
- Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the capability to figure out complex problems using AI tools alone.
Bonus qualifications include experience with AI automation workflows, APIs, scripting, paid advertising, tracking systems, and a startup or operator mindset.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks centered around building and maintaining AI-powered systems:
- Design, develop, and implement internal tools, automations, and workflows using AI coding agents.
- Utilize tools like Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, and similar daily to execute projects efficiently.
- Build and maintain websites and operational systems using Next.js and Vercel platform.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Write complex SQL queries and maintain dashboards and reports for operational insights.
- Clean, reconcile, and analyze operational data across multiple systems to ensure data integrity.
- Develop AI-assisted systems to support operations, reporting, and business growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to automate and optimize growth workflows, including tracking, analytics, and landing page creation.
- Support the implementation of AI-driven marketing infrastructure, including automations and AI-assisted campaigns.
- Work closely with the growth/marketing lead to rapidly ship, test, and iterate on projects using AI tools, ensuring fast-paced delivery and continuous improvement.
