Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with 2-3 years of experience, preferably in the telecommunications and fiber industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data and system architecture, coupled with proficiency in developing interactive dashboards. This role requires analytical prowess, technical expertise, and the ability to transform data into actionable insights to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, process, and analyze large datasets related to projects to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
System Architecture: Design and maintain data architectures that ensure the integrity, availability, and security of data across various platforms.
Dashboard Development: Create interactive and user-friendly dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for stakeholders.
Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports that provide actionable insights to support strategic planning and operational improvements.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, project managers, and IT professionals, to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
Data Quality Assurance: Implement data validation and cleansing processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
Visualization Tools: Proficiency in dashboard development using tools like Power BI, or similar platforms.
Understanding of Telecom Systems: Knowledge of telecommunications and fiber network infrastructures.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications: Relevant certifications in data analytics or system architecture.
Experience: Prior experience working in the telecommunications or fiber industry.
