Data Analyst

You will:

• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
• Create dashboards, MIS reports, and data visualizations for business and product teams
• Analyze user behavior, product performance, and operational metrics
• Support product managers with data insights for feature enhancements and roadmap decisions
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from databases
• Work with Excel and Google Sheets for reporting, reconciliation, and analysis
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams for data requirements and data validation

You have:

• 2–4 years of experience in a Data Analyst role.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• A strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and data-driven problem solving.
• Proven ability to build and interpret predictive and regression models to support business decisions and performance optimization.
• Expertise in exploratory analysis, feature selection, and identifying meaningful patterns, trends, and risk indicators.
• Experience working with large datasets using Python, SQL, and Excel to deliver accurate and actionable insights.
• Ability to clearly translate complex analytical findings into simple, business-ready recommendations for stakeholders.
