Data Analyst

We are seeking a curious and analytical Data Analyst to join our team and play a vital role in transforming raw data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to support informed decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs and translate them into clear analytical questions.
• Source, collect, and extract data from various sources (databases, spreadsheets, APIs).
• Clean, organize, and prepare data for analysis using tools like SQL and data manipulation techniques.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and relationships within datasets.
• Conduct statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to draw meaningful conclusions from data.
• Develop clear and compelling data visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate insights effectively.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay up-to-date on data analysis trends and tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau).
• Maintain a well-documented understanding of the data and analysis processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field (experience with internships or projects can be considered).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
