Data Analytics Manager – HR Analytics
Role Summary
We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager – HR Analytics to lead the development of
people analytics and workforce insights across the organization. This role will partner closely
with HR, T a lent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to provide data-driven insights
that support strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with HR data, and
the ability to translate complex information into meaningful business recommendations.

Key Responsibi lities
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports covering key workforce metrics, including:
- Headcount
- Attrition
- Hiring and recruitment performance
- Diversity metrics
- Employee engagement
- Internal mobility
- Workforce costs
- Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to support business and HR
decision-ma king.
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports for leadership teams.
Workforce Planning & Insights
- Support workforce planning, budgeting, and organizational reviews through data analysis.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to talent acquisition, retention, and
workforce effe ctiveness.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve organizational performance and employee
outcom es.
Data Management & Governance
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across systems.
- Partner with HRIS, T e chnology, and Finance teams to improve data quality and reporting
process es.
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Dashboarding & Automation
- Build and enhance self-service dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
- Leverage analytics tools and emerging technologies to strengthen reporting capabilities.
Stakeholder Ma nagement
- Partner with HR leaders, T a lent Acquisition teams, Finance, and business stakeholders to
understand reporting and analytics requirements.
- Present findings and insights in a clear and meaningful way to support decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Human
Resources, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Workforce Planning, Business
Intelligence, or a related analytics role.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Experience in a global organization is preferred.

- Strong proficiency in:
- Power BI or T a blea u
- Advanced Excel
- SQL
- Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or
similar platf orms.
- Knowledge of workforce analytics and reporting methodologies.
- Experience with Python, AI-enabled analytics tools, or predictive analytics is an advantage.
