What's the role
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help the business make informed decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn raw data into meaningful insights, dashboards, and reports that drive performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and MIS using Excel, SQL and Python.

• Write and optimize Python scripts for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.

• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reports.

• Present insights and recommendations in a clear and structured manner.

• Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from business and leadership teams.

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven insights.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 35 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.

• Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, basic data visualization).

• Mandatory experience in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).

• Experience working with structured datasets and large volumes of data.

• Good understanding of business metrics and data-driven decision making.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
