Data Analyst

About the Role

As a Data Analyst at Battery Smart, you will play a key role in driving data-backed decision-making across our fast-growing EV ecosystem. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational and business data to generate actionable insights. Working closely with Strategy, Operations, and Product teams, you'll help identify growth opportunities, optimize station performance, and improve driver experience through meaningful analytics and reporting. Your work will directly contribute to scaling Battery Smart's mission.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with teams to improve efficiency and optimize processes.
• Assist in defining KPIs and tracking performance against goals.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance business outcomes.
• Leverage IoT and geospatial data to optimize operational performance and improve decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Statistics, or a related field.

Required Skills:

• 1-3 years in data analytics or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Communication: Ability to present findings effectively to stakeholders.
