About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable business insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create reports, dashboards, and data-driven solutions that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Develop reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI.
Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy.
Generate business insights and recommend improvements.
Create visualizations and presentations for stakeholders.
Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams.
Monitor KPIs and prepare periodic performance reports.
Automate recurring reports wherever possible.
Maintain data documentation and reporting standards.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of SQL
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Hands-on experience with Power BI
Understanding of data analysis and reporting techniques
Knowledge of data visualization best practices
Basic understanding of relational databases
Familiarity with data cleaning and transformation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of Python or Tableau is an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
Experience working with large datasets is a plus.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
