About the roles

WIN Solutions is growing its Hyderabad team and hiring across two roles. You'll help build and maintain our warehouse / distribution-centre performance-metrics platform, used by customers to measure labour productivity across operations such as picking, packing, putaway and returns. Depending on your role, you'll build applications and services or turn raw warehouse data into engineered labour standards, KPIs and dashboards - with hands-on exposure to AI-driven features and analytics.

Junior Developer (2 openings)

Build and maintain modern web applications across the front-end and back-end, with the opportunity to work hands-on with AI-driven features.

•    Develop responsive UIs with React

•    Build and consume APIs and services in C# / .NET

•    Write and optimize queries and stored procedures in T-SQL (SQL Server)

•    Integrate AI-driven features into applications

•    Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments

Data Analyst (2 openings)

Turn raw warehouse transaction data into engineered labour standards, performance KPIs and dashboards that drive operational decisions.

•    Write complex T-SQL queries against SQL Server for reporting and analysis

•    Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations

•    Clean, transform, and validate datasets

•    Analyse user transactions and standard times across picking, packing, putaway and returns

•    Apply AI-assisted analytics to surface actionable insights

What we're looking for

•    0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong fundamentals welcome)

•    Strong SQL / T-SQL (SQL Server) skills

•    Developers: working knowledge of React and C# / .NET; Analysts: strong data analysis and reporting skills

•    An active GitHub profile with sample projects / notebooks is a strong plus

•    English spoken to a conversational level

•    Willing to work flexible hours as required

Nice to have

•    AWS Cloud - exposure to core cloud services

•    Interest in AI/ML integration and analytics

•    Experience working within a team and with remote organisations
