Job Description:
As a BI Developer focused on Tableau, I support the organization by transforming raw data
into meaningful insights. I assist in the development of dashboards and reports that aid in
monitoring business performance, identifying trends, and enabling data-driven decisions. I
work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data visualization while
contributing to the overall analytics capability of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data solutions
- Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance of dashboards
- Perform data validation, testing, and troubleshooting
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in data visualization and analytics
- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau (Desktop & Server)
- Good expertise in SQL and database management
- Understanding of Data Lake concepts and data architecture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Salesforce and Tableau
- Knowledge of UX|UI (Figma) Design
