We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, possessing a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. This role requires collaboration with various teams to support data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Develop and implement data models and algorithms to support decision-making processes.
- Conduct statistical analysis and interpret results to provide recommendations for business improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and data manipulation.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
