Services Description:

The SSO Data Analyst, the role will support or lead the entire delivery lifecycle for process and system changes: Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Support Build, Testing, Change Management, Communication and Reporting and Dashboard creation.

Work cross-functionally to investigate and do analysis on system issues

Work Salesforce enhancement queue and drive system changes

Create JIRA Tickets for Salesforce enhancements

System and sales workflow management Analysis and Investigation. Improve business processes through data driven decisions.

Create SFDC Reporting and Dashboards

Qualifications:

Salesforce Experience

Data Analytics (Excel data manipulation, Data Loader or similar)

Sales Operations (or similar)

SFDC reporting and dashboard

Creating business requirement and user story documentation

Communicate clearly, proactively, and concisely with stakeholders

Nice to Have

SQL and Tableau Experience

Jira Experience
