Role Overview
We are looking for a
data-driven and AI-curious Data Analyst to drive insights across marketing and sales functions.
In this role, you will go beyond traditional analytics—leveraging
AI, automation, and predictive modeling to uncover trends, optimize campaigns, and influence strategic decisions. You will work closely with Account Management and Performance Marketing teams to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing and business data using Python (Pandas, NumPy) and analytics tools
- Collect, clean, validate, and structure large datasets from multiple platforms
- Perform full-funnel analysis to track customer journeys from awareness to conversion
- Build and maintain dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools
- Track and optimize KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
- Leverage AI tools and models for predictive analytics, trend forecasting, and anomaly detection
- Use AI-powered platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads) to derive performance insights
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business goals
- Maintain data accuracy, documentation, and reporting consistency
AI & Advanced Analytics Exposure
- Apply predictive analytics to improve campaign performance and customer targeting
- Work with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automated reporting tools) to improve efficiency
- Explore machine learning techniques for segmentation, forecasting, and optimization
- Contribute to building data + AI-driven decision systems
Required Qualifications & Skills
- MBA (Analytics/IT), BE/B.Tech (CS/IT), or BSc/MSc (Statistics/Data Science)
- 1–2 years of experience in Data Analysis / Business Analytics
- Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis
- Basic understanding of SQL and databases
- Familiarity with Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, funnel analysis)
- Basic knowledge of Machine Learning concepts (regression, classification – preferred)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
