About The Role
The Data Analytics team at HighRadius plays a vital role in shaping the company's strategic direction by analyzing key data trends and identifying gaps within existing processes. This role involves conducting in-depth data analysis, developing insights, and creating advanced Excel models with macros to support decision-making. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, support leadership in strategic initiatives, and contribute to business development efforts. The role requires a proactive approach to automating workflows, optimizing processes, and delivering actionable insights that enable the organization to achieve its growth objectives. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of experience working with large datasets containing over 1 million rows. Proficiency in SQL and MS Excel or G-Sheets is essential, along with a solid understanding of statistical analysis techniques. The candidate should demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience managing stakeholder relationships and translating data insights into strategic recommendations. A good understanding of various business functions and processes is preferred. Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. A degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields is typically required.
Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst at HighRadius, your primary responsibilities will include owning the system-driven KPI measurement and calculation for various departments such as Sales, Marketing, Consulting, Support, and Product. You will ensure the accuracy and timely availability of dashboards used in weekly business reviews. Developing diagnostic, prescriptive, and predictive analytics, including time series analysis, seasonality detection, and forecasting, will be key to providing actionable insights to business stakeholders. You will proactively identify opportunities to automate and optimize current workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency. Collaboration is critical; you will work closely with Strategy & Operations, Data Engineering, Department Leaders, IT, and HR teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and communicate findings effectively. Additionally, you will support the development of new analytical models, participate in strategic projects, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives within the organization.
