Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Analyst located in Noida. The Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering, processing, and analyzing data to generate actionable business insights. Daily tasks will include designing and implementing data models, interpreting statistical data, creating reports, and presenting insights to support decision-making processes. The successful candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and opportunities for improving operations and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Analytical Thinking, Data Analysis, and Problem-Solving
• Proficiency in Data Analytics, including data cleaning and visualization
• Knowledge of Statistics and the ability to apply statistical techniques
• Ability to design and utilize Data Modeling tools and techniques
• Excellent Communication skills for presenting data findings clearly and effectively
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar software
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in healthcare analytics is a plus
