Understand and translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI
Collaborate and engage with SMEs and domain experts to gain a full understanding of pain points and needs for every client
Develop and support custom solutions and interfaces using Power Apps (Canvas apps), Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse, and more
Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing using low-code and no-code tools
Utilize connectors, leverage AI Builder, design advanced Power BI dashboards and reports, build Canvas apps, and automate business processes with Power Automate
Design and create database models and implement robust data models for Power BI
Participate in technical design sessions; collect, analyze, identify, and document functional requirements that meet client needs
Embed Power Platform and Power BI components in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, web applications, and other business systems
Govern, address, and remediate security vulnerability findings in Power Platform and Power BI environments
Perform unit testing, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a timely fashion
Be imaginative, enthusiastic, and solutions-driven; demonstrate initiative and creativity in delivering innovative solutions
Required Skills / Experience
3+ years of hands-on experience in Power Apps, specifically with Canvas apps
At least 2 years of experience with Power BI: data modeling, DAX, Power Query, report/dashboard creation
Strong experience with other Power Platform components: Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Builder
Background in data warehouse design (dimensional modeling) and data mining
Knowledge of SharePoint, Dataverse, and data integration techniques
Experience with stored procedures is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients to deliver impactful business solutions
Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field
Microsoft certifications such as PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst) and PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) are preferred

Programming/Scripting Languages: Python, R, M (Power Query), T-SQL, JSON
Extensive experience building scalable, maintainable, and visually compelling Power BI reports and dashboards
Familiarity with Power BI administration, workspace management, and role-based access (RLS)
Experience embedding Power Platform solutions into custom portals or third-party systems
