Job Description

Key Deliverables

  1. Recommend best practices for picking, packing, and billing to improve the customer experience (Cx).
  2. Advise partner stores on using tools and dashboards to ensure accurate order fulfillment and minimize errors.
  3. Assess Pods for cleanliness, hygiene, and operational efficiency, offering suggestions to enhance Cx.
  4. Provide guidance on managing speed perception and order fulfillment to improve overall Cx.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Assist partners in improving Cx metrics by offering recommendations for continuous improvement.
  2. Suggest training initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and meet Cx targets.
  3. Address changes in demand patterns, especially during peak seasons, and recommend strategies to mitigate Cx impact.
  4. Oversee inventory management and control, ensuring adherence to FIFO and efficient store operations.
