Key Deliverables

  1. Recommend best practices in picking, packing, billing, and dashboard usage to enhance customer experience.
  2. Assess partner stores and Pods for hygiene, delivery issues, and order fulfillment standards.
  3. Guide partners on demand fluctuations, order spikes, and proactive measures.
  4. Advise on training and continuous improvement to improve CX metrics.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Lead retail/store teams of 15+ employees in dynamic, high-demand environments.
  2. Use data-driven insights to solve problems and optimize store processes.
  3. Maintain quality standards across store operations and dashboard accuracy.
  4. Collaborate with partners to implement process improvements and performance benchmarks.
