D365 Supply Chain Management Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for D365 FO modules covering Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Product Information Management, and asset management.
- Address incidents and functional issues in supply chain domains, performing triage and system resolution.
- Participate in configuration and validation of asset management (maintenance scheduling, work orders, asset tracking).
- Collaborate with finance and technical teams to resolve integration issues (PO automation, ACH/banking interfaces).
- Document solutions, system changes, and contribute to support runbooks and playbooks.
- Optimize and streamline supply chain workflows in D365 FO for improved business impact.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer, training, and process walk-throughs for new team members.
- Support quarterly upgrade testing and post-upgrade process validation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 6 -8 years experience implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules; D365 certification a plus.
- Familiarity with inventory flow, procurement, asset management, and ERP incident management.
- Ability to synthesize complex issues and recommend effective process improvements.
- Experience in documentation and operational reporting.
