Job Title: Senior Functional Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV

Role Summary:
An experienced Functional Consultant is required to support ERP initiatives involving Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role focuses on understanding business requirements, designing suitable ERP solutions, and ensuring successful implementation across client environments. The consultant will collaborate closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to deliver efficient and scalable system solutions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to complete lifecycle ERP implementation projects using Dynamics NAV / Business Central.
- Engage with clients and internal teams to understand business operations and gather functional requirements.
- Analyse business processes and recommend ERP-based solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare functional design documents and requirement specifications for development teams.
- Work in coordination with technical consultants for system configuration, customization, and integration tasks.
- Facilitate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that system functionalities meet business expectations.
- Provide functional guidance and support to users during and after system implementation.
- Conduct training sessions and prepare user documentation to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed schedules.
- Contribute to both local and international ERP projects as required.
- Travel to client locations when necessary to support project activities.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central.

- Manufacturing
- Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Warehouse Management
- Finance
- Proven experience managing full-cycle ERP implementation projects.
