D365 F&O Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Migration:
• Lead large-volume data migration projects using DMF (Data Migration Framework) tool in Dynamics 365.
• Perform data validation and testing to ensure data integrity during the migration process.
• Technical Design & Development:
• Work on X++, C#, and SSRS to design and develop solutions.
• Develop BI solutions and ensure seamless integration with D365.
• Optimization & Troubleshooting:
• Optimize X++ application code and troubleshoot D365 components.
• Use tools like AXPerf and LCS Environment Monitoring for performance optimization.
• Perform SQL performance optimization to ensure smooth system performance.
• Environment & Release Management:
• Handle environment and release management tasks including ALM, TFS, and Build processes.
• Manage installation, configuration, and related components for D365 environments.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with both technical and functional teams to ensure effective data migration solutions and support ongoing system optimization.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 6+ years in Dynamics 365 technical design and development (experience with X++, C#, SSRS, and BI development).
• Data Migration: Extensive experience with data migration through the DMF tool, and handling large-volume migrations.
• Optimization & Troubleshooting: Proficient in performance optimization for X++ application code, troubleshooting D365 components, using AXPerf, LCS Environment Monitoring, and performing SQL optimization.
• Environment & Release Management: Experience with ALM, TFS, Build processes, environment management, and installation/configuration of related components.

Mandatory Skills:

• D365 Data Migration SME (Subject Matter Expert).
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with DMF and data entities.
• Expertise in performance optimization, troubleshooting, and environment management.
