Roles & Responsibilities :
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant with 8-10 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in requirement gathering, functional documentation, client communication, and solution delivery across domestic and international implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

. Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of D365 F&O SCM modules for clients in manufacturing and warehousing sectors.

. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications (FRD and FDD).

. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including finance, production, and warehousing to design scalable supply chain solutions.

. Facilitate workshops, discussions, and user training sessions with domestic and international stakeholders.

. Configure SCM modules including procurement, inventory management, product information, and warehouse management.

. Ensure successful delivery of projects with high client satisfaction.

. Provide support during UAT, go-live, and post-go-live stages.

Required Skills & Experience:

. 8-10 years of experience in D365 F&O with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management modules.

. Hands-on experience with Indian manufacturing and warehousing clients, as well as exposure to European business processes.

. Strong documentation skills including FRD, FDD, and other project-related documents.

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

. Proven ability in client handling, stakeholder engagement, and business analysis.

. Willingness and flexibility for domestic and international travel as per project requirements.


Qualifications

Educational qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

Experience :

8-10 years of experience in D365 F&O

Mandatory/requires Skills :
D365 F&O with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management modules

Preferred Skills :
Microsoft Certification in Dynamics 365 F&O SCM
