We are seeking an experienced D365 CRM Solution Architect who can define solution vision, lead architecture design, and support complex CRM implementations.

Qualification & Experience

6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM implementations

2+ years in a Solution Architecture role

Strong understanding of solution delivery lifecycle and Agile methodologies

Proven experience delivering complex CRM projects end-to-end

Strong knowledge of integrations, middleware, security, data management, and infrastructure

Ability to evaluate and apply emerging technologies

Responsibilities

Define current, transition, and target-state solution architectures

Lead solution design and technology selection aligned with enterprise standards

Provide architectural guidance to delivery and technical teams

Assess risks, impacts, and opportunities across projects

Support overall project delivery and stakeholder collaboration
