D365 CRM Integrations Specialist Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) and external systems such as ERP and third-party applications.
• Develop and manage integration workflows using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Service Bus.
• Build custom connectors, plugins, and support custom development using C# and JavaScript.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable, maintainable integration solutions.
• Ensure data integrity during migrations, synchronizations, and ongoing data exchanges.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all integration workflows, processes, and custom code.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM).
• Expertise in Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform (Power Automate), Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus.
• Strong working knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, OData, JSON, and XML protocols/formats.
• Familiarity with KingswaySoft, SSIS, or similar ETL/data integration tools.
• Proficient in C#, .NET, and JavaScript for custom integration and plugin development.
• Experience in data migration, transformation, and synchronization best practices.
• Good understanding of OAuth, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), and data governance/security frameworks.
