D2C Operations & Order Processing Specialist

Hosa Life & Style, a D2C slow fashion apparel brand, now launching in India, needs a hands-on specialist to process orders, manage logistics, and handle packaging/inventory.

Key Responsibilities

- Process incoming orders: Print invoices, price tags, and shipping labels using thermal printers and Shopify apps (e.g., Ship rocket for AWB generation).

- Manage logistics end-to-end: Coordinate pickups/handovers with couriers, track shipments, handle returns/COD reconciliation, and resolve delivery issues.

- Handle packaging & inventory: Pack garments securely, update stock levels in Shopify, conduct weekly audits, and maintain organized warehouse space.

- Setup & maintenance: Install/configure label printers, integrate logistics apps, generate GST-compliant docs, and monitor order dashboard daily.

- Reporting: Track fulfilment KPIs (e.g., 95% on-time delivery) via Excel/Shopify reports and flag bottlenecks to founder.

-End to end coordination with market places like Myntra

Requirements

- 1-3 years in D2C/FMCG logistics (apparel preferred), with proven record in logistics

- Technical skills: Shopify basics, thermal printers (Zebra/TSC), MS Excel, and familiarity with COD/UPI flows

- Location: Pune

- Processing/coordination. Flexible, ownership-driven startup mindset.
