Role summary
This is a hands-on role to support Kerala Ayurveda's D2C store (Shopify). You'll help keep the website updated daily, ensure campaigns go live smoothly, and execute retention journeys on WhatsApp/email to improve repeat purchases.
Key responsibilities
1) Store Operations (Shopify execution)
- Keep the website updated and accurate: product info, pricing, offers, landing pages, and availability.
- Ensure campaign readiness: banners, collections, featured products, and on-site content updates.
- Support smooth coordination across teams for stock availability, order priorities, and customer experience.
- Maintain store hygiene and reduce day-to-day issues through regular checks.
2) Onsite Merchandising Support
- Execute merchandising updates across homepage, collections, PDPs, and cart.
- Ensure seasonal priorities, bestsellers, and inventory-led pushes are reflected on-site.
- Support basic cross-sell/upsell and bundle setups using existing tools/templates.
3) Retention Execution (WhatsApp/Email)
- Execute lifecycle journeys: welcome, cart recovery, post-purchase, reorder reminders, win-back.
- Create and schedule WhatsApp/email campaigns with clear messaging and offers.
- Track performance and improve results through iteration (timing, audience, messaging).
4) Reporting & Tracking
- Maintain simple daily/weekly reporting using Shopify + GA4 basics.
- Share key insights: top products, conversion trends, repeat orders, campaign outcomes.
Requirements
- 01 year in ecommerce/D2C (internship experience works).
- Strong execution and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with Shopify admin and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication and writing skills for customer messaging.
- Ability to work with Growth, Supply Chain/Logistics, and Customer Support.
