Role Overview :-
We are looking for a customer-obsessed D2C Growth Marketing Manager who can leverage consumer insights and user psychology to drive growth. The primary focus will be on understanding customer behavior, improving targeting, enhancing ROAS, and driving revenue growth. Over time, this role will have the opportunity to take on broader business ownership, including P&L responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, motivations, and purchase drivers.
- Conduct customer research and derive actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Refine audience segmentation, targeting, and messaging strategies.
- Partner with the performance marketing team to improve campaign performance, ROAS, and customer acquisition efficiency.
- Identify growth opportunities across the customer journey, from acquisition to retention.
- Work closely with founders to define growth initiatives and revenue strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance, customer cohorts, and business metrics to drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with product, content, and creative teams to build customer-centric marketing campaigns.
- Drive initiatives that improve conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and overall revenue.
Desired Skills & Experience:-
- 3-6 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology, customer behavior, and buying patterns.
- Experience working with D2C, consumer brands, e-commerce, or high-growth startups.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into business outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership.
