We are looking for a data-driven D2C Growth Manager to scale our online revenue, optimize customer journeys, and lead end-to-end growth initiatives across acquisition, retention, and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end growth of the D2C business, including revenue, profitability, and unit economics.

• Manage digital acquisition, performance marketing, and channel efficiency across paid, affiliate, and influencer channels.

• Lead retention, CRM, and lifecycle strategies across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push, and loyalty/referral programs.

• Own CRO, run A/B experiments, improve website/landing page funnels, and work with tech/design for UX upgrades.

• Create and maintain a structured content production framework for performance ads, and share monthly ad performance analysis with a breakdown of winning and underperforming angles, hooks, and content formats.

• Monitor customer experience, logistics, cancellations/RTO reduction, and collaborate with CX teams.

• Build dashboards, track KPIs, analyse performance data, and drive decision-making through insights.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in D2C, ecommerce, or consumer internet brands.

• Strong understanding of performance marketing, retention, analytics, and CRO.

• Hands-on experience with tools like Shopify, Klaviyo/WebEngage, GA4, and ad platforms.

• Experience in building structured content and ad frameworks for D2C brands, with a strong understanding of creative strategy and performance-driven content.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with cross-functional execution skills.

• Comfortable owning P&L outcomes and working in fast-paced, experiment-driven environments.
