Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a D2C and Quick Commerce Specialist located in Sonipat. The role involves managing direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales channels, working with quick-commerce platforms, analyzing sales and customer data to develop strategies, collaborating with sales and customer service teams, and ensuring seamless operations to boost customer satisfaction and revenue. The specialist will also be responsible for implementing initiatives to improve customer experience, monitor market trends, and optimize performance across platforms.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Commerce with knowledge of D2C and quick-commerce business models
- Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting data and deriving actionable insights
- Outstanding Communication skills to effectively coordinate with stakeholders and teams
- Customer Service experience to maintain positive customer relationships
- Proven ability in Sales and achieving revenue targets
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
