Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, API development, and SQL. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate deep technical expertise, answer scenario-based questions confidently, and possess a strong professional network. Prior experience in the Healthcare domain will be considered a strong advantage.
Mandatory Key Skillset

Requirements
- Proven hands-on software development experience (8+ years).
- Strong working experience in Java development (5+ years).
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms.
- Object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
- Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate).
- Strong expertise in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices (5+ years).
- Experience in developing web applications using frameworks such as JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and build integration.
- Familiarity with build tools such as Gradle/Maven.
- Experience with Message Queuing (RabbitMQ preferred).
- Experience with JSON and related technologies.
- Understanding of Agile :
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
- Create tasks, analyze requirements, and provide effort estimations/story points.
- Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
- Prepare and produce releases of software components.
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and presenting solutions for architectural review.
