Urgent Opening Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master
Position : Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master
Experience : 5+ Years (Agile Scrum environment)
Location : Pune
Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days
Roles & Responsibilities
Agile Project Execution :
- Lead projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) ensuring iterative delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Define sprint goals, manage backlog prioritization with Product Owner, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Project Planning & Tracking
- Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
- Monitor progress against timelines and proactively identify risks or delays.
- Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and escalate deviations promptly.
Facilitation & Issue Resolution
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Drive discussions to resolve impediments, ensuring smooth workflow across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to remove blockers and align priorities.
Reporting & Documentation
- Create and manage Jira dashboards and reports to track project KPIs and progress.
- Provide transparent reporting to steering committees, sponsors, and leadership teams.
- Document lessons learned and improvement opportunities from retrospectives.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements for efficiency and quality.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the primary coordination point between IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals.
- Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
Delivery Assurance
- Track and report project progress to stakeholders with clear metrics.
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and compliance standards.
- Drive successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
