Job Summary:

The Cybersecurity Solution lead (Presales Specialist) is responsible for participating in cybersecurity presales activities, architecting secure and scalable solutions for enterprise clients, supporting RFP/RFI processes, and driving the technical bid in competitive deals. The role requires broad cybersecurity knowledge, strong presentation skills, and the ability to work with Sales, Delivery, Product, and customer stakeholders to build commercially viable and technically robust solutions.

Job Description:

  • Participate in cybersecurity presales engagements for Cloud Security , Technical Security Testing, Cyber Defense , Risk & Compliance , Security Tools management , Identity and Access management opportunities
  • Conduct discovery workshops with customers to understand business, technical, and security requirements.
  • Build solution architectures and high-level designs across AWS, GCP, Azure and hybrid environments.
  • Recommend security controls for cloud environments, containers/Kubernetes, SaaS applications, data platforms, and AI/ML workloads.
  • Prepare and respond to RFPs/RFIs by developing solution narratives, diagrams, estimates, and technical differentiators.
  • Collaborate with cloud architects, development teams, network/security engineers and stakeholders to validate secure design approaches.
  • Present cybersecurity solutions, service offerings, and value propositions to customers and internal leadership.
  • Review customer architectures and identify gaps, risks, and required security controls.
  • Create presales collateral including solution decks, capability documents, service catalogs, and reusable templates.
  • Keep abreast of cybersecurity trends, market changes, competitor capabilities and new cloud-native security features.
  • Support pricing and commercial modeling in collaboration with finance and delivery teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-interaction presales environment with multiple simultaneous engagements.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations, workshops, and industry events as required.

Profile Description:

  • Strong Technical expertise in cybersecurity domains such as Cloud Security, IAM, AppSec, Data Security, Network Security, Threat Modelling (STRIDE, PASTA etc.), Zero Trust, Cyber Defense or Security Architecture best practices.
  • 5-6 years of extensive cybersecurity pre-sales experience with experience in IT services industry.
  • Understanding compliance and security frameworks such as ISO 27001, HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC2, GDPR, PDPA, DPDP, CSA CCM, CIS Benchmarks.
  • Hands-on understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and native cloud security services, along with ability to architect end-to-end cloud security solutions.
  • Ability to translate the business and compliance requirement into actionable security controls based on the risk appetite of the organization.
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity solution design, estimation, proposal creation and RFP/RFI responses.
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills with experience pitching cybersecurity services and solutions.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, and cloud security certifications are a plus.
