As a Cybersecurity Software Project Manager, you are responsible for leading Cybersecurity software development projects. Your role includes overseeing the development and implementation of cybersecurity software solution, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet stakeholders expectations. This involves coordinating with technical teams, managing project budgets, and ensuring compliance with security standards

What You'll Be Doing

Leading the project team

• Leading the project Team of colleagues and ensuringmotivation and high performance through Indirect and Situational leadership.
• Facilitating and leading effective communication towards key stakeholders.

Project management

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects across various product portfolios.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans for cybersecurity initiatives.
• Creating and managing project plans follow-up and coordinatingactivities within the project team.

• Ensure all cyber security projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Track and report project progress to stakeholders and leadership.

Agile leadership

• Leading the projects in an agile way to ensure efficient way of working, fast decision processes, continuous retrospective learnings and meet Time to Market objectives in a dynamic environment.

Cross-functional collaboration

• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Working cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain and Sales to drive the project forward.
• Coordinate with Architect, engineering, and business teams to ensure the successful execution of security projects.

Risk-management and Security

• Identify and mitigate potential security risks.
• Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures.
• Stay current with the latest cyber threats and security solutions.
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in cybersecurity.

What We're Looking For

At least bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably within electronic and software or equivalent.

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with exposure in cybersecurity
• At least 2+ years of project leadership experience in a complex multi-project environment.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and frameworks.
• Ability to communicate effortlessly in English in writing and speaking.
• Experience working in an agile environment with continuous learning and adjusting to meet the project objectives.
• Strong prior exposure to project process, project quality, continuous improvement and optimization.
• Experience with Power BI or similar tools for reporting and dashboarding is preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., AZ DevOps, Jira, Polarion, Confluence, or equivalent)

A background with electronic controllers will be considered as a clear advantage.
