Proven experience in project management for cybersecurity initiatives (e.g. CSPM, Data security posture management (DSPM), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Database activity monitoring (DAM), Key Management).
Banking industry expertise with familiarity in regulatory frameworks.
Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
7+ years of experience in IT or cybersecurity, with at least 3+ years in project management roles.
Strong experience managing cybersecurity projects in the banking or financial services sector.
Familiarity with banking-specific systems, technologies, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Banking or financial industry exposure. Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Desired Skills
Working Knowledge and Exposure to banking and financial operations preferred. Exposure to IT Infrastructure Projects preferred.
