Role Overview

As a Cybersecurity Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in securing systems, identifying vulnerabilities, and safeguarding digital assets. This internship is ideal for students or freshers who want to build a career in cybersecurity and information security domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security alerts and logs.
• Assist in identifying system vulnerabilities and implementing preventive measures.
• Conduct risk assessments and penetration testing under guidance.
• Help in designing and updating security policies and compliance reports.
• Support the IT team in responding to security incidents.
• Research emerging threats, malware, and attack vectors.

Requirements

• Pursuing/completed Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of network security, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
• Familiarity with tools like Wireshark, Metasploit, Burp Suite, or Kali Linux (preferred).
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
