About the Role

As a Cybersecurity Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in securing systems, analyzing threats, and protecting digital infrastructure. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates looking to build a strong foundation in cybersecurity, ethical hacking, and information security.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security alerts, logs, and system activity
• Assist in identifying vulnerabilities and implementing mitigation strategies
• Support risk assessments and penetration testing under expert guidance
• Create, document, and update security policies and compliance reports
• Assist IT teams in investigating and responding to security incidents
• Research emerging threats, malware patterns, and attack techniques

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related fields

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of firewalls, network security, and IDS/IPS systems
• Familiarity with tools such as Wireshark, Metasploit, Burp Suite, or Kali Linux (preferred)
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

• Stipend: 7,500 (Performance-Based)
