Specifically, the GRC Consultant, will :

• Participate in projects for the adaptation and maintenance of cybersecurity frameworks such as CIS, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, SOC II, NIS 2.
• Conduct GAP analysis and support the development of remediation plans.
• Support internal and external audits:
• Gathering evidence, tracing, supporting interviews, managing findings, and corrective actions.
• Develop and update security documentation:
• Policies, procedures, internal standards, guides, records, and templates.
• Execute and maintain risk analyses.
• Assist in governance tasks: reporting, tracking KPIs/KRIs, minutes, compliance backlog management, and coordination with stakeholders (IT, Security, business).
• Ensure consistency across sites/units, following cybersecurity manager guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in GRC / compliance / auditing / cybersecurity risk.
• Certifications or training: ISO 27001 (LI/LA), CISA/CISM/CRISC (or in progress), ITIL, NIST/CSF fundamentals.
• Experience in multinational environments and coordination with distributed teams.
• Experience with Microsoft cybersecurity technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud governance / third parties / ICT business continuity.
