CyberSecurity Consultant

We are seeking a skilled CyberSecurity Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on protecting our organization's information systems and data from cyber threats. As a consultant, you will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities, implementing security measures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify potential threats and security gaps.
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to safeguard the organization's information assets.
• Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security measures into the organization's infrastructure and applications.
• Conduct security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of security within the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to ensure proactive defense measures.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of network security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Experience with security tools such as SIEM, antivirus software, and vulnerability management solutions.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in conducting security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
