Job Title - Cybersecurity Architect
Location - India (Remote, with required overlap to U.S. time zones)
Role Type - Contract (1-year)
Must Have Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, architecture, or infrastructure roles
- Strong enterprise security architecture expertise across network, endpoint, cloud, IAM, security monitoring, and incident response
- Proven experience designing secure solutions across on-prem, cloud, SaaS, and custom application environments
- Ability to act as a consultative security partner across engineering, infrastructure, cloud, and vendor teams
- Strong balance of security rigor with business enablement and risk-based decision making
Responsibilities and Job Details:
- Lead enterprise security architecture initiatives across cloud, infrastructure, and application environments
- Design and review secure solutions aligned with organizational security standards and frameworks
- Conduct security architecture reviews for systems, platforms, and third-party solutions
- Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance alignment activities
- Evaluate software packages for vulnerabilities and cybersecurity compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, cloud, GRC, procurement, and vendors
- Provide advisory support on security controls, governance, and best practices
- Influence stakeholders and drive security decisions without direct authority
- Communicate complex security concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Mentor junior architects and security engineers to build team capability
- Contribute to incident response readiness and security monitoring strategy
- Ensure alignment of security architecture with business objectives and operational needs
