About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Security Analyst to join our dynamic team at Plurilock. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of our clients digital environments. The Security Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement security measures, conduct vulnerability assessments, and develop proactive strategies to mitigate risks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat intelligence, and incident response procedures. Qualifications

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CEH, or GIAC are highly desirable. A minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, incident response, or security operations is required. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint protection solutions is necessary. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders are also important. Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor security alerts and analyze potential threats using advanced security tools and platforms.
  • Investigate security incidents, determine root causes, and coordinate response efforts to mitigate impact.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify and address security weaknesses.
  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance organizational security posture.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security controls are integrated into all systems and processes.
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to proactively defend against emerging risks.
  • Prepare detailed incident reports and recommend improvements to prevent future security breaches.
  • Assist in security awareness training for staff to promote best practices and reduce human-related vulnerabilities.
