Job Description:
- Hands-on experience in Installation, configuration and managing different CyberArk components and Integrated CyberArk solutions with LDAP, SIEM, SNMP and SAML based authentication.
- Created CPM Plugins and Custom PSM Connector as per client requirement using PowerShell and Auto IT scripts.
- Configured Load balanced PVWA, PSM and deployed patches for all the hosted systems and components as per the CyberArk Security Bulletin.
- Integrated CyberArk with Azure AD SSO for SAML Authentication and configured CyberArk to use Azure AD accounts as per the authorization.
- Provided third level support for CyberArk Servies supporting Vault, PSM, PVWA, CPM, DR and errors related to password issues and resolved them.
- Worked on bulk accounts onboarding with Password upload utility.
- Coordinated with stakeholders to create platforms, safes, password policies, Master policy settings, and recording safes according to their requirements.
- Developed provisioning workflows, triggers, and rules to customize CyberArk. Conducted CyberArk environment upgradation activity.
