Description for Internal Candidates
Key Responsibilities include:
Account Management, Safe Access Management and Daily Operations
Create, modify, onboard and deactivate user accounts in CyberArk as per organizational policies and procedures. Ensure timely provisioning and de-provisioning of privileged accounts. Manage and maintain CyberArk safes, ensuring appropriate access controls are in place. Monitor and audit Perform daily checks and maintenance of the CyberArk environment to ensure optimal performance. Respond to user requests and incidents related to CyberArk access and functionality.
Active Directory Management
Manage user and group accounts in Active Directory, ensuring proper access rights and permissions are assigned. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot CyberArk errors with Active Directory for seamless authentication and authorization.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate documentation of account management processes, procedures, and configurations. Generate and analyze reports on account usage, access patterns, and compliance status.
Collaboration:
Work closely with IT security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure seamless integration of CyberArk with other systems. Provide training and support to users on CyberArk functionalities and best practice
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the CyberArk environment. Stay updated on CyberArk features and best practices to enhance security posture.
