We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Consultant to lead cybersecurity training programs, ensure high-quality security practices, and enhance students technical skills in information security. The role includes mentoring trainers, improving security programs, and implementing risk management strategies aligned with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the cyber security training team to ensure effective operations and performance.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, video presentation and technical sessions on cyber security concepts, tools, and best practices.
- Audit and review trainers work reports and security training activities regularly.
- Guide, mentor, and support trainers to ensure high-quality security training delivery.
- Evaluate trainers technical skills, performance, and professional development needs.
- Coordinate overall cyber security training activities, schedules, and program implementation.
- Plan and implement innovative learning methods and cyber security training strategies.
- Ensure students gain strong knowledge in security practices and achieve high success rates.
- Monitor student progress and provide technical guidance and support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum3 years of experiencein cybersecurity, information security, ethical hacking, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity tools and practices (network security, ethical hacking, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security).
- Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP, GDPR, etc.).
- Experience in security training or teaching preferred.
- Understanding of operating systems, networking, and cloud security environments.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and mentoring ability.
- Knowledge of industry trends and modern cybersecurity practices.
