Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven DGM/GM Sales (Cybersecurity Solutions) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1015 years of proven experience in selling cybersecurity solutions and services, with a strong ability to develop client relationships, drive revenue growth, and position the company as a trusted cybersecurity partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in cybersecurity solutions services (e.g., Multifactor Authentication, iOS/Android malware detections, Fraudulent Transection Investigation, threat intelligence, etc.) to corporates and enterprises.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with enterprise and corporates clients.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity needs.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
  • Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to effectively position solutions.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal development.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure and account management.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and reporting to leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer forums to promote brand visibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of proven experience in selling cybersecurity solutions and services (e.g., Multifactor Authentication, iOS/Android malware detections, Fraudulent Transection Investigation, threat intelligence, etc.).
  • Strong network of industry contacts and established relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and IT decision-makers in corporates and enterprise.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical solutions and translate them into business value.
