Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Sales Manager to build and grow our Government & PSU cyber security business. The role involves driving large cyber security opportunities across central government, state government, and public sector organizations.

The ideal candidate should have strong relationships within government departments and experience managing cyber security tenders and OEM partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop cyber security opportunities across Central Government, State Government, and PSU organizations.
  2. Manage the complete government tender lifecycle including RFP identification, pre-bid participation, technical compliance, and bid submission.
  3. Drive sales for cyber security solutions including:
  • SOC (Security Operations Center)
  • SIEM
  • Firewall & Network Security
  • Endpoint Security (EDR / XDR)
  • Cloud Security & Zero Trust
  • VAPT and Security Audits

4.Build strong relationships with leading OEM partners such as Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, and other cyber security vendors.

5.Work closely with distributors, system integrators, and internal technical teams to design winning solutions.

6.Maintain strong pipeline visibility and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

7.Develop relationships with key decision makers in government ministries, state departments, and PSUs.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 5+ years experience in Cyber Security / IT Security sales.
  • Proven experience selling cyber security solutions to Government / PSU / Enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of cyber security technologies such as Firewall, SIEM, SOC, Endpoint Security, and Cloud Security.
  • Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, and government procurement processes.
  • Strong network with government decision makers and cyber security ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Fixed Salary: 1530 LPA (depending on experience)
  • Quarterly sales bonus for target achievement
  • Opportunity to work on 5100 Cr government cyber security projects
