Job Title: Cybersecurity Business Development Executive / Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to lead sales and partnerships in the cybersecurity domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, a proven track record in B2B sales or strategic partnerships, and the ability to identify new business opportunities in both public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in cybersecurity solutions such as audits, VAPT, GRC, SOC, endpoint protection, and cloud security.
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, government agencies, DCC banks, and critical infrastructure sectors.
Drive the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, client presentations, deal closure, and post-sales support.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to align product offerings with client needs.
Attend conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and report on key metrics, forecasts, and KPIs.
Stay updated with the latest trends in cybersecurity, compliance requirements (like ISO 27001, RBI, SEBI, etc.), and competitive landscape.
Support marketing initiatives like webinars, whitepapers, and case studies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
2+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales, IT services, or business development roles.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity products and services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with compliance-driven industries like BFSI, government, and healthcare.
Ability to understand technical concepts and relay them to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
Existing network in BFSI, DCC banks, or government sectors.
Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Certifications like CISM, CISSP (for added credibility), or business-oriented cybersecurity courses.
