Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the cybersecurity practice vision, strategy, and service portfolio aligned with business growth objectives.
- Own P&L responsibility including revenue growth, margins, and cost management for the cybersecurity practice.
- Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, development of cybersecurity offerings, and market positioning.
- Drive pre-sales for large deals, solution strategy, RFP/RFI responses, and executive client presentations.
- Act as SME across cybersecurity domains including SOC, IAM, cloud security, threat management, and GRC.
- Oversee delivery governance for large cybersecurity programs and managed security services.
- Build relationships with CISOs, CXOs, and strategic enterprise clients to expand cybersecurity business.
- Lead industry analyst engagements with firms such as Gartner, Forrester, and IDC.
- Develop technology alliances and partner ecosystems with leading cybersecurity vendors.
- Build and scale high-performing cybersecurity teams including architects, consultants, and delivery leaders.
