We are looking for an experienced
Operations Manager (L3) with strong cybersecurity operations background to oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery of the
Admin Activity Monitoring project. The role will act as the central point of contact between technical teams and the client (Bank), ensuring seamless operations, governance, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central point of contact between Admin Activity Monitoring SMEs and the Bank
- Ensure end-to-end service delivery of the project with high operational efficiency
- Manage resource allocation, shift planning, and workforce optimization for 24x7 operations
- Oversee incident escalations, SLA adherence, and operational governance
- Provide governance support, including:
- SLA management and reporting
- Escalation management
- Invoice validation and submission support
Ensure smooth coordination across security monitoring teams
Maintain continuous service improvement and operational excellence
Ensure compliance with security monitoring standards and client requirements
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations / SOC / security monitoring environments
- Strong experience in log monitoring and analysis across security technologies
- Experience working in similar large-scale managed services projects
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Certifications
- Mandatory: CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
- Preferred: CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related discipline
